At first try normal method. If it will be not supported for your phone's firmware, You can try via TP.

There is the latest firmware version in your device. In latest firmwares possibility to reset FRP by supported methods was closed (fixed). Unfortunately, no solution at the moment. We work on solution and we will release it as soon as the solution will be ready.

2. Check PC Device Manager, a new device should appear "Qualcomm HS-USB QDLoader 9008" or "Unknown Device" if you hadn´t installed a driver. Drivers are in {Installation_Folder}\Driver\QHSUSB.
3. Release testpoint and press "Reset FRP Lock" button.
