Disconnect all devices from PC, connect your device directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use USB hubs) and perform "Reset FRP" operation without doubts.

Exist risk, but easy to repair by writing backup, which will be created by Software before performing the operation.

Driver is in Software installation folder.

To repair your device and do "Reset FRP" do the following:

1. Select LG H790 in the list of Software.
2. Select backup file "H870_356144088428806_21-11-2018_08-08-04.oct" into the Firmware slot in Software.
3. Press "Reset FRP via TP (Qualcomm Mode)" button in Software, install Qualcomm HSHUSB driver and write backup file.
4. Post here the result.

Then perform "Reset FRP" operation again.

when i plug the usb for phone it say unknown devise
the phone is dead

Most likely, You have installed incorrect driver. Please make screenshot of Windows Device Manager (Port section) with device, that appears in there, when You connect phone to PC, and post here, we will check.
