Hello.

Please try to write EEPROM backup ("GB255G-01191xxxxxxxxxx_27-06-2015_15-20-44.eep") back into the phone, then check whether problem remains.
Post here results and Software log of "Write EEPROM" operation.

Please try to reflash the phone, using KU311 USB cable for connection.

Please fully charge phone's battery via external charger, then try to write EEPROM backup and firmare via KE500 cable again.
Try to perform these operations with different Baud rate.

yes, after full charge battery Im able to connect via KE500

Now the big question is to download the fw for gb255, I have started at 17:10 and its now 18:27, still its waiting to download the file, its must be something wrong at the host server as I have high speed internet 30mbps

Yes, You can write EEPROM from another, correctly working GB255 phone into your device.
You can also try to write phone's original backup (GB255G-011915002669675.EEP), like we suggested You previously.
