| lg gw 620 freez at start up hi i had forgotten my phone user code many wrong code.i have decided to flash phone to erase user code after use GW620AT-00-V20d-EUA-XX-JAN-03-2011+0-DZ phone does not power it show only black screen with many message:[Blue Error Handler] Arm11 is crashed!! [Press Volume up key]Reboot&savelog [Press Volume down ------------------------------- Linux Kernel Panic Process init (pid: 1) ------------------------------- Etc...i have used another firmware GW620AT-00-V20e-206-XX-JAN-20-2011+0-DZ,same problem .Now i don't know what to do.please help me sorry for my bad english my native language is french |

| Hello. What was the firmware version in your phone before (V10 or V20) exactly? Also please post here full software log with all of your actions. |

| Please try to re-flash the phone using original LG flasher. Octopus Box software doesn't write phone's boot for this phone model, this can be the problem. |
