i have unlocked an lg risio h343 cricket phone sucesfully with octopus but after one day the customer returned and told me that the data is only 2g no 3g or lte voice works fine.is any fix for this i have two pcs with the same problem.

Hello.

Please, try to set up APN manually, if problem still remain, try to write QCN file, then check network again.

Unfortunately, QCN file for this phone model isn't available at the Support Area

This model 3g 4g works only on usa cellular frequency ...
