The phone show Download mode but the PC not recognize the phone...cable is OK, connector is OK, it works in MTP mode. Please confirm. Is android 7.0 trouble? TNX, Cris |

Note: to connect phone You need to use original USB type C cable, not the adapter, phone must be connected directly to USB port of your PC. |

Member: 1447 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 97 | Yes...use original cable...the phone was recognised in MTP mode. In Download mode, no ding sound when USB plug , tested on various PC. The phone is almost new...so phone show FIRMWARE UPGRADE, user B50, IMEI xxxx, don't unplug the USB...but no sound and connection with PC. With phone up, but in check account, the phone is fair recognized...drivers, all. In Fastboot mode..all ok, drivers ar correct instaled... TNX, Cris |
