As I see from your Software log, here was V10o firmware version in the phone before and You have written V10o firmware. What was the problem with the phone? Why You have written re-flash the phone?

The phone doesn't detect SIM card or just network is not available? Did the device accepted SIM card before writing firmware? Have You tried to find network manually?
