Hello.

Please put the phone into Emergency Mode manually, according to the Software manual (press Cable & Manual button in Software), after repeat "Write Firmware" operation. Also make sure, that You don't downgrade phone's firmware version - downgrading may damage your device!

All firmwares for this device are available at the Support Area. To enter Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

If phone is recognised by PC as "Qualcomm...9009" device, most likely, phone's boot loaders were damaged or You have downgraded loader/firmware version. In such case You can try to repair this phone using tool, which supports repairing this device via eMMC or USB.

Medusa Pro Box supports repairing this device via eMMC and USB. If You have an old Medusa Box or Octoplus Box with JTAG activation, You can buy only Medusa Pro Upgrade Kit, no need to buy any additional activation: https://gsmserver.com/item/boxes-and...o-upgrade-kit/.

Writing phone firmware without real necessity is at your own risk.

Downgrade may lead to phone damage!

Please, make sure the phone's battery is fully charged.
Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs.
To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a clean PC (without any installed drivers for other Qualcomm-based devices).
You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during the flashing!
