Did you try 277634#*# -> Port check Test -> set to enable then reconnect device.

Please do the next:
1. Enable "Skip Read/Write QCN during Repair IMEI operation" option in Software.
2. Repeat "Repair IMEI" operation.
3. Make Factory Reset immediately after operation ends, do not check IMEI (this is important).
4. As phone turns on after Factory Reset - check IMEI.

Post here results and Software log of the operation.
