Please, install the latest Software version then try to put the phone into Emergency mode manually and reflash the phone, if you can't put the phone into Emergency mode, You can try to restore the phone with Software which supports this phone via JTAG or EMMC, we are working on solution to add support for this phone model in Medusa Pro and Octoplus Pro JTAG Software via EMMC in future updates. |
