H830 please help to write Full flash [Answered] - GSM-Forum

hi,
i have lg g5 i it was working good on my card in egypt then i flashed it by octoplus and before i flash it i maked backup but it was read full flash it's 32 giga then i flash my g5 and it work nice but no network now it's need to unlock network but it's was working good before flashing then i want to reflash the full flash again but no button in my octaplus support write full flash

and backup is 32 giga and it'a .bin and i dont know what can i do now please

help me ..sorry for my bad english

Hello.

Write Full flash in not supported for this device model. What is firmware version in your device now? And what is the problem with the device exactly? Only no network or it doesn't accept SIM card, or IMEI is also damaged? Please explain the problem in more details, post here full Software log with Write Firmware operation and with all other operations, which You have perfromed with the device, we will check.

imei is work good but the phone after new flash need to make unlock network and it was wrok good before the original flash were h83020i_un
and the flash now is H83020i_00 it make network lock and i don't know what should i doing to unlock my phone again
