As You can see from the Software log, your phone isn't rooted, please root your phone.

Please, try to do next: Skip Read/Write QCM during Repair IMEI operation, option, after perform these steps:

1. Enable "USB Debugging" mode;
2. Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*815# for coresponding Android version 5.x or 6.x, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".

After try to perform Repair IMEI operation and post here full Software log.
