when sim card inserted phone say service disabled and when i type 2945#*634# all SIM UNLOCK PROCESS SAY THIS PHONE IS PERMANENTLY LOCKED AND CAN NOT BE UNLOCKED

Unfortunately, for this phone model H634 firmware isn't available at the Support Area, we will try to find it and upload to the Support Area, if You can get the firmware for this phone, You can convert firmware via Octoplus LG Tool( Firwmare convertor button in Software) into *.oct file format that You can reflash the phone.
