Write security backup function doesn't work for this device with latest firmware versions. If you'll encounter any problem during Repair IMEI operation - you won't be able to restore the phone to it's initial state, so proceed at your own risk.

LG X120emw I remain in logo in unlocking process

Hi
It got stuck in the logo.
At the moment that it is necessary to put it in download mode, I never enter and remain in the logo, I have made a hardreset many times and it remains the same, the firmware cannot find it
How can I solve this problem ?

Unfortunately, both of You didn't follow Software manual attentive!

As i can see You didn't do all steps properly! What devices were appear in Device manager?

I did this step correctly but when show this message phone can't boot into download mode ,but after removing battery and when put it again now it can take to download mode ....
any way now my credit losses
so can you give me positive feedback for it?
can you refund me because operation not done and phone now in hang on logo ?
