I have a lg k520 that is not entering download mode
I tried
battery out cable out
press volume up

but keep failing

Hello.

To enter emergency mode, disconnect cable, disconnect battery, press and hold "Vol+" button and connect USB cable. If problem still remain, try to reconnect phone to another USB port and use another USB cable.

when it gets to switching normal mode does nothing

port is enabled in svc mode

after I select enabled I press back but it does not detect or change on pc

how do I enable diagnostic mode

as port service enabled does nothing

Please, connect phone to PC, select File Transfer type of connection, then:

1. Enable "USB Debugging" mode;
2. Type 277634#*# or *#546368#*520# or 3845*#520#, go to "Port Check Test" (or "SVC Menu -> Port Check Test") and switch "Port Check Test" to "Enabled".
