Please see log after running both direct unlock and read code. None of them work.

How can I unlock this phone? Thank you.

Hello.

To what operator/provider is your phone locked? Does the phone request the unlock code when You insert SIM card? As I see from Software log, unlocking codes were read out successfully, did You try to enter an unlock code?

As you can see I did a direct unlock. However, even though it says successful the phone is still locked.

I then tried read code. Codes were generated but they do not work. Phone is still locked.

Try now I'm down to one attempt to enter unlock code.

The phone is locked to Flow Jamaica.

What's the next option to unlock this device?

I did as you instructed and phone is still locked. I think there is a problem in updated unlocking software. You may need to correct this in future update.
