LG KH3900 HOW TO PUT IN EMERGENCY MODE

I NEED TO flash my phone coz theirs a passcode which my client didnot recognized so i need to flash the but the problem is i did not know to put it in EMERGENCY MODE thanks alot

Hello.

No need to put the phone into Download (Emergency) Mode manually, Software will put it automatically. To write firmware, do the following: connect the phone with correct cable, select correct firmware, press "Write Firmware" button and follow Software instructions (prompts).

What device exactly appear in PC Device Manager when You connect the phone to PC?

no detection in my computer

cable= lg-kh4500
cellphone= kh3900

problem: enter lockcode

can't detect in my pc in normal mode
so i need to put it in EMERGENCY MODE so that software could detect.

i tried pressing no.4 key and power on ===no luck

To put the phone into Download (Emergency) Mode, try to do the following: power off the phone (re-connect battery), connect USB cable, press and hold "2" + "5" + "Power On" keys.
