Yes, you can downgrade the software version, but there is a risk to damage phone. You can try to do this for your own risk.

i have problem with bluetooth ,
bluetooth is on but could not sen recive data.

if we have full bacup before upgrading then downgrad no problem?

Just re-flash the phone with old firmware for GW620 from thw support area.
