octopus site not present that model file why but in software prersent plz help me how can flash this model and found file

Go to recovery
By pressing volume down and power at the same time when lg logo appears immediately release and press power for further information search lg fx0 hard reset
If your phone goes to twrp so there is a way to flash your phone

i m on stock recovery and orignal download mode come in Fx0 but in ON condition it stuck on au logo and adb enabled but no root....
how i can erase laf in this condition for fastboot mode fortwrp
or
any help for any backup or original firmware
