Are You beginner? Look attentively in "Main" tab in Software. Don't You see "Repair" button? Please, before to write or do something, read carefully Software manual ("Help" button in Software):

To repair boot loader, do the next:
1. Power phone OFF.
2. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone.
3. Install OMAP driver (http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...s_OMAP4430.rar).
4. Select "OMAP" connection mode.
5. Select any firmware file for this phone model.
6. Click "Repair" button.
7. Follow software instructions (promts).

Also note, not all devices can be repaired by this procedure. If after of repairing it is impossible to write firmware, currently no solution for such devices.

Please, fully charge phone's battery by using external charger and try to use another special LG P999 cable with 910 kOhm resistor inside. Connect the cable directly to PC motherboard USB port (this is important), don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards. Try to perform Repair procedure on another PC.

Try to select other firmware file from the Support Area.
