Its saying invalid sim , so phone isn't unlocked.Even is not GSM if unlocked phone should say No Network. Customer wants to unlock and use on CDMA Network. I told him that phone is not GSM

Any Other solution ?

You can try to update your device to Android 6.x version and perform Unlock operation, but only at your own risk, no guarantee
