i have above phone to unlock how do i get the service code to input when i dial ##3424#?

Hello.

Please, try to do next - connect the phone in Normal Mode: sіelect "Charge Phone" in "USB PC Connection" menu. Type ##3424#, go to "Diag" menu and select "Enable". This menu is blocked by SPC/MSL.
then post here full Software log.

anytime i dialed above code asking for service code please help

Please do exactly the next:
1. Select "Charge Phone" in "USB PC Connection" menu.
2. Press "Unlock" button in Software.
3. When in Software log appears prompt to enter code - please type ##3424# - as the result, in the Software log will appear (Software will read out) SPC/MSL code.
4. After this new window appears in the phone and You should go to "Diag" menu and select "Enable".
