Hello.

Plesae, read Software manual attentive, press Cable & Manual button:


Open Hidden Menu
Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone;
Go to "Settings" -> "About phone" -> "Software information";
Click on Build number 5 times;
Enable USB debugging ("Settings" -> "Developer options" -> "USB Debugging");
Connect powered-on phone to PC via Micro USB cable;
Install necessary driver;
Click "Open Hidden Menu" button;
Follow software instructions (prompts).
Note: To unlock the phone, perform following steps:

Go to "IOT(CDG2)" -> "LTE Setting" -> "Operation Mode";
Select "Lab Network" option.
Note: To add APN, perform following steps:

Go to "IOT(CDG2)" -> "LTE Setting" -> "APN Setting";
Press and hold "Recent Apps / Settings" button, then select "New APN"
Note: To remove Hands Free Activation, perform following steps:

Go to "Set HFA Flag" -> "HFA On/Off Setting";
Select "Disable" option.

This method doesn't work on newer s/w version. To resolve this problem just unlock again and the option will appear.

zv7 version not support for unlock and also this method not work

I don't remember witch version was but in the last one the unlock process said not supported, but still the apn options appears, and that is the goal.

We've tested until ZV6 version, the next one aren't tested
