anyone know how to enable apn settings???

Please, download and install test Software version form the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/), then You can try to perform Repair Network operation.

Please, download and install test Software version form the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/), then try to perform Repair Network operation. Post here full Software log.

For APN open hidden menu --> IOT(CDG2) --> LTE setting --> APN Setting --> Hold [] button till you see Create APN

Test Software version is available in "LG/TEST SOFTWARE" folder of the Support Area. To access Support Area, press "Go to support" button on "Support & options" tab of the Software.

Also You can use Files Downloader on "Support & options" tab of the Software to browse, search and download files from the Support Area.

Reflash again then, if octopus not let you flash it then use other solution, there are many more

Please, try to perform Hard Reset via button combination, after check phone's work again.
