Please, download and install test Software version from the Support Area (LG/TEST SOFTWARE/), then perform Reset Security operation, after check for network again.

problum solve with this
Please, download and install shortcut "master.apk", then run it and find there "NetworkSettingsforGlobal" option and select GSM/WCDM.
