To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Type ##3424#, go to "Diag" menu and select "Enable". This menu is blocked by SPC/MSL.

i was try connect with normal mode and enter ##3424# chose diag enable

but octopus not detected

Try to select COM port manually (at first, try to select COM199, then try COM201), check (mark) option "Manual select." in the Software and try again.
