Hello.

Disconnect all other devices from PC, re-boot the PC, re-start the phone, turn on USB Debugging Mode in the phone, go to "Settings->PC connection->Select USB connection method" and select "Charge phone" option. Then try to connect the phone again and post here full Software log.

Note: To connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Type ##3424#, go to "Diag" menu and select "Enable". This menu is blocked by SPC/MSL code. This code is given by phone's provider.

To Repair IMEI, phone should be connected in Normal Mode via diagnostic (serial) port. If
the code ##3424# doesn't work, try to re-flash the phone with another firmware and check ##3424# again, currently we don't know other way, how to enable diagnostic (serial) port in this device.
