LG LS980 failed to unlock - GSM-Forum

Hi, Got this LG LS980 from Sprint USA. Trying to unlock with octopus and was unable to detect by this soft. Did enable the usb debug but same. Any idea how to solve this.

Hello.

For correct work with the phone You need to install the following drivers:
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...Ver_3.12.3.exe,
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...dADBDriver.exe

Also, to connect the phone in Normal Mode, do the next: Type ##3424#, go to "Diag" menu and select "Enable".

Hi, Thanks for the reply. And yes i did installed the driver you mentioned and restart the pc but same thing. And when I diel ##3424# asking for Service code.

when i enter ##3424# it is asking for a Service code. how do you get pass the service code? the lg is running 5.0.2

"Diag" menu is blocked by SPC/MSL, which is provided by phone's network provider.

Please try to write QCN file from the Support Area, restart the phone, wait 2-5 minutes and try to select Network manually.
