Hİ team ı have LG LS980
after insert sim card I take this error.
and cant using phone
How can i fix this problem.
I Flashed LS980ZVC_12 .oct but still I have erroır. please help me.

Hello.

Try to reflash the phone with different firmwares from the Support Area.

Securtiy A-KEY - SSID-A - SSID B - OTKSL SPC and MSI MDN PRL has no influence on work of Android Services.
Try to make Factory Reset and write different firmwares. No other solution.
