after flash set stuck factory reset status i did via hard reset keys but no success

i want to reset in download mode new version asking set in normal mode

Please, post here full Software log, we will check it, also You can try to reflash the phone with original flasher.

In order to perform Factory Reset operation via Octoplus LG, connect phone in normal mode and press Factory Reset button, then follow Software instructions.
