UNLOCK LS990 SPRINT version 5.0.1 not rooted ,it says successful but phone still locked shows invalid sim:

Hello.

To unlock LG LS990, please do the next:
1. Write "ls990zv4_04.51101" firmware from the Support Area.
2. Repeat "Unlock" operation.

Currently no other solution for unlock of LG LS990.

I downgraded to that version,same issue (says unlocked but still locked),then I rooted the phone and installed octopus Lg version 2.1.1 and got it unlocked by old method,your new method of unlocking Lg sprint phones without root I assume it's not working!!

We will research what could cause problem with new "Unlock" method and will try to fix this issue as soon as possible.
