Yea, after this post I research then found out. I just request unlock code from my server ( where I order ) until any tools support this model again

Yes, You can try to request unlock code (if your device request to enter unlock code, when You insert unsupported SIM card) using Octoplus Suite Software.

M150 V20e is supported or not?
actually i unlock it but still locked,,?

i thought V20L/M are just versions not supported?

Yes, in the latest Software version v2.8.9.7 added serever based "Unlock" procedure. Old and new security are supported. Software automatically detects security type. For old security/firmwares no need credits, for latest Security and firmwares (v20L/M) "Unlock" operation requires 50 Octoplus Server Credits.

To unlock the device please install the latest Software version (v2.8.9.7) from the Support Area (here is direct link for You: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Rg...RZkVLoaDAgJmkG), select (check) "Skip Read/Write QCN..." option in Software and perform the "Unlock" operation. Post here the result.
