LG MP450 unlock done but no service [Answered]


Hello Team, I think there is a big problem with octoplus... 2 phones (other) done but cannot use with any network

Hello.

Please do hard reset and repeat the Unlock operation on latest test Software version 2.9.5.06 then post here results.

Same result after factory reset and unlock process. Sim card is OK

Please insert SIM card and make a video with phone's screen, where we can see, that device is locked, then send us link with video we will check.

Sir I already return this phone to his owner and i'm waiting for a refund, I never said this phone was not unlocked, I said this phone successfully unlocked but no signal
