Yes, unfortunately, currently no solution on how to reset FRP in this device with Android 7.x firmwares.

its easy to fix flash phone retry operation supposed to work fine after..:d

Reset FRP operation is currently not supported for your phone's firmware.Hello.

There is the latest firmware version in your device. In latest firmwares possibility to reset FRP by supported methods was closed (fixed). Unfortunately, no solution at the moment. We work on solution and we will release it as soon as the solution will be ready.

Also, please always use the latest Software version (https://octoplusbox.com/en/download/software/).
