Do the next:

1. Instal the latest Software version (Software).
2. Make Factory reset.
3. Re-flash the phone with the latest firmware from the Support Area.
4. Make repair IMEI. To complete the Repair IMEI operation, make Factory Reset (Go to "Settings" -> "General" -> "Backup & reset" -> "Factory data reset", press "Reset phone" and "Erase everything" buttons).
5. Post here full Software log with all of these actions and say the result.

i'm new here...
I got octoplus box today...I tried to unlock ms323...over 30min still reading NV items..
it's fast to until 51% but after that super slow...is it usual?

If process is still going - don't interrupt it. If it stuck - cancel the operation, restart PC and repeat the operation. Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection.

Cancel the operation. Restart PC and repeat "Repair IMEI" operation with checked (enabled) "Skip read/write QCN during "Repair IMEI" operation" option. Post Software log of the operation and results.

I canceled the operation and tried to another PC....octoplus couldn't detect the phone...
PC detected the phone, but octoplus is not....
port is detected...but phone couldn't...what happened???
