Hello.

Do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Select (check) option "Skip Read/Write QCN during the Repair IMEI / Repair Network operation" in the Software.
3. Make repair IMEI.
4. Post here the result.

Fully charge phone's battery and try to repeat the operation once again. Try several times. Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port, don't use any USB hubs, this is important. Try to perform the operation on another PC. Also try to put the phone into Emergency Mode manually and then perform the Unlock operation from this mode.
