Your device doesn't answer to Software's CMDs. There can be a few reasons:
1. You have not turned on "USB Debugging" Mode.
2. You don't accept all requests, which appears on phone's screen during of the process.
3. You have not installed necessary drivers (http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...dADBDriver.exe, https://mega.co.nz/#!OlxHUKzC!j5qLEU..._sS4v0fK02kQUg).

Please install the latest Software version (Software), perform all of these steps and try again. If the problem is the same, contact us to Skype, Yahoo! Messenger or ICQ; our contacts You can find in our profile.

Most likely, drivers are not installed correctly. Please reinstall drivers (http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...dADBDriver.exe, https://mega.co.nz/#!OlxHUKzC!j5qLEU..._sS4v0fK02kQUg) and try once again. Also, on this stage:

look in PC Device Manager what Serial port appears.

Also, please note that the device didn't actually get to step 5 because the device never turned back on...i did a hardreboot and thats when I got the last couple of commands and error. Now the device still won't start up. I can get it into fastboot but can't get it to fully load it hangs...I was working with 4.4.2 (which I understand works) do I need to go back to 4.4.0?
