Try to do the next:

1. Install the latest Software version (Octopus Box Downloads - Software, Drivers, Manual).
2. Put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manually (disconnect the cable, power the phone off, press and hold "Vol-" + "Vol+" buttons and connect the cable).
3. Select firmware file.
4. Click "Write firmware" button.
5. Follow the Software instructions (promts).

Note: If it is not possible to write firmware or during firmware writing occures error, you need to re-connect the buttery and put the phone into Emergency/Download Mode manualy.
