Try to re-flash the phone with lower firmware version, make Repair IMEI and then write (or to update) firmware to Android 5.0.x again. Octopus Box LG Software currently doesn't support Write Firmware for this device. To write firmware You can use "Nexus 5 Root Software" from the folder "LG/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/" from the Support Area.
