What is the state of the phone after writing of a firmware? Is it turning on, entering Emergency/Download mode?

can enter Emergency/Download mode? can flash the phone also but last stage its says Formating RCT...Failed

If phone is powering on correctly - try to update it via OTA, then check whether problem remains.
