always failed on swithching serial port

"Write Firmware" is currently not supported for LG D821. On your own risk You can try to re-flash the phone by using "Nexus 5 Root Software" from the Support Area, folder "LG/FOR UNLOCK AND REPAIR/", but it is not recommended to downgrade phone's firmware version.

Yous device is not connected correctly. Do the next:

1. Re-install drivers (http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...dADBDriver.exe,, https://mega.co.nz/#!OlxHUKzC!j5qLEU..._sS4v0fK02kQUg).
2. Disconnect all other devices from PC, turn on "USB Debugging" Mode in the phone.
3. Reboot the PC, re-start the phone and try to connect the device again.

Bro LG Nexus 5 lolipop 5.0 supported on octopus here is thread about LG Nexus 5 lolopop 5.0 read qcn write qcn and repair or unlock with logs or test report with octopus
