bootloader has been lock then how can i flash?

if want to unlock bootloader then can make flash but set condition was hanging

how can i root and unlock bootloader with out boot ?

Hello.

Writing firmware is currently not supported for this phone. "Write Firmware" feature will be added for this device in one of the future Software updates.

i have been try via nexus root toolkit

In above post follow every line... As per hanging solution like it turns on on boot screen and hangs or turn off on google .. it is because of faulted battery..
