I M 3 TIME UPGRATE THE OCPOPUS CARD ONE AND 2 TIME OPEN SOFTWEAR AND THEN UPDATE CARD .SAMSUNG SOFTWEAR PROPER WORK IN THIS CARD

Hello.

Disconnect the box from PC and restart it. Connect the box and then start the Software. Update the card if it will be needed and then You will be able to start the Software.

2 counter is balance .after 17 time update box is dead my courner is 15 lg ?
