1.Connect phone via microUSB (make sure usb debugging is turned ON).
2.Install drivers.
3.Open Octoplus/Octopus Box LG Software.

Can you share this version, I tried with latest version root was failed
And root done with iroot but software stuck when reading partitions

Don't have log now

Hello.

Please fully charge phone's battery by using external charger, install the latest Software version, perform the operation once again and post here full Software log.
