Hello.

Please install necessary drivers, restart PC, re-connect the phone and try to read phone's info. When phone's info will be read out correctly - perform "Unlock" operation. Post here the result.

i have install 2 drivers but same problem

What devices appear in PC Device Manager when You connect the phone to PC?
Please post here full Software log of "Read Info" operation and screenshot of Device Manager.
