Hello.

Try to do the next:
1. Install the latest Software version (Software).
2. Fully charge phone's battery.
3. Put the phone into Emergency Mode manually (disconnect the cable, reconnect the battery, press and hold "Vol+" + "Power ON" buttons and connect the cable).
4. Connect the phone directly to PC motherboard USB port - this is important! Don't use any USB hubs or PCI USB extention cards!
5. Select firmware file.
6. Select (check) "Write boot loaders" option in Software.
7. Press "Wrtite Firmware" button.
8. Follow the Software instructions.

Note: If it is not possible to write firmware or during firmware writing occures error, You need to re-connect the battery and put manualy phone into Emergency Mode.

Also note: make sure the phone's battery is fully charged. Disconnect all other devices from the computer (including phones, modems, etc.) and close all other running programs. To avoid errors in the flashing process, use a clean PC (without any installed drivers for other Qualcomm-based devices). You should not run any other programs or attach new devices to your computer during the flashing! Please, follow these simple precautions to avoid damaging your phone.

Try to write different firmwares. Try to reflash the phone with original firmware and flasher. If neither of this suggestions helps - most likely your device has HW problem.
