Hello.

Please try to repeat the operation using different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection.

Doesn't work at two different PC (i tried many USB ports). Have you any advice, how can i screen pin unlock without data loss?

bro, i'm not newbie in this branch (~20 years), i'm using the latest version 2.0.4 and result is the same, "FAILED"...

Try to put the phone into Download Mode manually and repeat the operation again.
