Hello.

Do the next:
1. Install following drivers:
http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/GX300_drviver.rar,
http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...s_OMAP4430.rar,
http://octopusbox.com/files/drivers/...3.10.1.exe.zip.
2. Restart PC.
3. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone;
4. Power phone ON;
5. Select "Modem" connection mode in Software;
6. Press "Connect" button;
7. Connect phone via P990 cable (with 56k resistor) directly to PC motherboard USB port (don't use any USB hubs or USB PCI extention cards, this is important);
8. Type 3845#*760#;
9. Go to "Port Setting", select "CP Reset" and click "OK".

Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard. Try to perform operation on another desktop PC, not on laptop.
