Hi team my phone was stuck on logo after i flash phone dead now what to do?

What is exact state of the phone? Why did You decided to re-flash it?

phone was stuck on lg logo so i flashed but at last stage flash got failed as u can see the log,after i try to connect to flash phone again can not connect i pull battery out then try to connect,but phone can not turn on and can not connect, i checked hardware phone is clean.
And when i connect to normal micro usb cable it show OMAP4430 driver not install
But with p999 cable i can not connect anymore
