LG P920h cant change option in service menu - GSM-Forum

Hi.

I try to repair null imei in LG P920h.
I use P990 cable with 56k, in usb port direct without hubs.
When i enter in service menu cant change Port Setting to CP Image download, always back to "CP USB" Option.
Check video.
Any help to connect phone?

Ok, now i reflash phone but cant change option in Port Setting.

@hfreire: In order to connect P920H You need to do the next:
1. Remove SD and SIM cards from the phone;
2. Install GX300 driver;
3. Power phone ON;
4. Select "Modem" connection mode;
5. Press "Connect" button;
6. Connect phone with P990 cable directly to motherboard USB port;
7. Type 3845#*920#;
8. Go to "Port Setting", select "CP Reset" (or "CP Image download") and click "OK".

i can´t connect 920 and 920h (yes, i have two phones)
i need downgrade? now is 4.0.4

All drivers is installed, a few days i try with P769 and no problem, unlock and imei very easy.
